In a short clip posted to TikTok on Christmas Eve, 31-year-old Dorfman says, "And what about when a Delta employee misgenders you intentionally?" while standing by the departure gate.   Referring to Dorfman, the worker can be heard saying, "While she's talking—while he's talking" before being cut off. "You just misgendered me again," Dorfman replies. "It wasn't intentional, but if you want to take it personal, that's also okay," the worker says. Michigan Supreme Court rejects attempt to remove Trump from ballot Ruling keeps former President Trump on Michigan's 2024 primary ballot The Michigan Supreme Court has rejected an attempt to remove former  President Trump  from the state's 2024 Republican primary ballot. The decision comes after the  Colorado Supreme Court last week  disqualified Trump from appearing on that state's ballots in 2024. The disqualification, which was made under the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, is related to the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021.   "Significantly, Colorado’s election laws differ from Michigan’s laws in a material way that is directly relevant to why the appellants in this case are not entitled to the relief they seek concerning the presidential primary election in Michigan," Justice Elizabeth Welch wrote Wednesday, explaining the court's ruling.   ULFA, Centre, Assam govt sign tripartite peace accord The pro-talks faction of ULFA, a separatist outfit was founded in 1979 to wage an armed struggle for an independent Assam. In a shot in the arm for the ruling BJP, the United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA)’s pro-talks faction on Friday signed a tripartite Memorandum of Settlement with the Centre and the Assam government in the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah.   The ULFA pro-talks faction was represented by a 16-member delegation led by its chairperson Arabinda Rajkhowa. Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma was also present. Two top leaders of the Rajkhowa group have been in the National Capital since last week. According to  PTI , the outfit’s general secretary, Anup Chetia, held talks with peace interlocutor A K Mishra on Tuesday.
